Fitted Wardrobes

From a single-door wardrobe cabinet to full bedroom suites – combining wardrobes, chest of drawers, integrated mirrors and vanity units – we’ve designed and made them all. Every time with the exact same care and attention.

As with all of our designs, we pay close attention to the specific needs and requirements of the customer – what is it that you are looking to store away? Do you have items that are awkwardly shaped or sized, are particularly heavy or fragile or need easy access to?

Perhaps you have a greater need for shoe storage than hanging clothes or you are simply looking for a more creative, tidy and efficient way of storing items. These are just a few examples of the range of considerations we make when working on your designs.

Fitted wardrobe frequently asked questions

Do the wardrobes come with a back panel?

Unless specifically requested otherwise, all our wardrobes, fitted and free-standing, and other cabinets are designed fully carcassed to provide greater strength and subtility, whilst also giving a neat, quality finish. We always fit a 9mm back panel as part of this to ensure strength and rigidity.

Can you take the fitted wardrobes right up to the ceiling?

We can and often do take the units right up to the ceiling, however, a fascia board of approximately 10cm would always frame the units, so whilst the units can be fully fitted to the ceiling, the top of the internal carcass would sit approximately 10cm off the ceiling.

If I have shelves in the wardrobe, would they be adjustable?

This is entirely up to you. We certainly can make the selves adjustable and we very often do as it allows clients to reconfigure the storage units as and when they need to. But there are instances when fixed shelving either looks much better or is necessary, such as when integrated lighting is included.

Can you replace only the doors on my existing wardrobes?

This is possible but might not always be appropriate. The answer depends on the quality and integrity of the original units. Steps can be taken to reinforce old units but it is often advisable to fully replace the units. We can advise you on this during the home visit.

In which areas do you provide a fitting service?

Our workshop is based in the Cheshire countryside, meaning we are perfectly located to service Cheshire and the surrounding areas including but not limited to:

Altrincham, Birchwood, Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Handsforth, Kirkby, Knowsley, Knutsford, Leigh, Liverpool, Lymm, Manchester, Newton-le-Willows, Ormskirk, Runcorn, St Helens, Sale, Salford, Skelmersdale, Stockport, Stretford, The Wirral, Urmston, Warrington, Widnes, Wigan, Wilmslow
